CLAW WARRANTY POLICY & CLAIM PROCESS

At Claw, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, our warranty process is simple and fully online.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the form and provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt from our website)
  • Clear photos of the product showing the defect or issue clearly

This information is required to evaluate and process your claim.

Claim Resolution

Claw does not require products to be returned for warranty evaluation.

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval. Not all claims may be approved.

If a claim is approved, Claw will, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or
  • Provide a refund for the affected item

The resolution method will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

If a claim is not approved, no replacement or refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy

  • No return shipping is required from the customer.
  • If a replacement is approved, Claw will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
  • Claw is not responsible for shipping or handling issues, nor for damage resulting from misuse or improper installation.

Warranty Coverage

Claw products are covered under warranty only when purchased directly through our official online store.

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects related to materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is void and does not apply if:

  • The product has been misused, modified, or installed incorrectly
  • The product has been used outside its intended purpose
  • Damage results from crashes, impacts, or external forces
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage are present

Claw reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these conditions.
